Metallic construction

We manufacture and assemble a large number of metal structures from A to Z. Silos, hoppers, food production units as well as crushers, mixers and bucket elevators are well made by us in the SB Steel workshop.

From the design to the assembly of the metal frame, we appeal our team of experienced engineers and technicians. We also use powerful software to perform sizing and calculations.

Installation

Once the framework is assembled, the SB Steel team handle the assembling of the final structure in the destination site. Competent and experienced, we intervene for the installation of the metal work in a reduced time.

Based on an assembly plan prepared by us according to the applicable standards, we ensure the complete installation of a stable, resistant and secure metal structure.

Training

In order to ensure the proper use of manufactured metal structures, the SB Steel team offers its customers adapted training.

Our metal construction experts will accompany you with theoretical and/or practical sessions to help you acquire the necessary knowledge for the proper handling of your new metal works.

Maintenance and troubleshooting

The SB Steel team remains at your disposal after the delivery of your metal construction project and offers you its expertise for any maintenance and repair service.

Indeed, we intervene urgently on your site to repair the breakdown. If necessary, we use a disassembly of the structure and provide troubleshooting in a short time without hindering your activity on the site.
